There are three room categories at Breezes Beach Club & Spa are situated in lush, palm-lined gardens a short distance from the beach. All the rooms are identical in terms of size, décor and facilities, fully air-condition with ensuite bathrooms, all rooms have a refrigerator and personal electronic safe box and hairdryer in bathroom.all rooms are tastefully decorated in ivory tones, with cotton throws, teak wood finishes and Zanzibar carvings.
Standard Rooms:- Standard rooms are located further away from the sea on the property with a terrace and garden view. Standard and Deluxe are identical in terms of décor and size.
Deluxe Rooms:- Located on ground floor of bungalows with terrace.
Suites:- Located on upper floor of bungalows with large balcony and sun beds. The Suites have a walk in dressing room and larger bathroom with large terrace, private sunbathing area, and a covered outdoorlounge area.
RESTAURANTS & FACILITIES
The Pool Bar- An ideal retreat from the sun with a sand floor, easy reggae music, a variety of exotic cocktails served with a touch of ocean breeze…what more do you need?
The Safari Bar- This beautiful intimate bar is decorated in safari style and offers a relaxed candlelit venue for a pre or after dinner drink with soft jazz music in the background.
The Upepo Lounge- This beautiful baraza lounge is the perfect place to simply relax and escape the afternoon sun. Afternoon tea with a selection of cakes is served everyday.
Fitness Centre- Equipped with anaerobic and aerobic machines, the fitness centre also offers massage and a flood lit tennis court.
Conference Centre- is fully air-conditioned and can seat up to 75 people. With services including slide projector, overhead projector, large screen TV and video.
Spices Disco- Located away from the rooms and the rest of the hotel, the Disco is decorated in an African theme and has a full bar.
Internet Services, Telephone and Fax- All the above services are available in the reception area of the hotel as well as a satellite TV room.

Marine Activities Center
Offering a range of marine activities ranging from Beach Volleyball, Pedal boats, canoes to daily snorkeling trips to the lagoon by boat, windsurfing and sailing.
Scuba diving Center
Breezes is home to one of Zanzibar’s most professional and experienced diving operations. The Rising Sun Dive Center, which is a licensed PADI dive center, offers all diving services from beginners to advanced diving. Our experienced diving instructors provide personalized instruction on a one to one basis while experienced divers can enjoy the fascinating marine life of the south east coast of Zanzibar
